Brief Description

Specialized deep groove and cylindrical roller bearings constructed with heat-stabilized steel and utilizing C4/C5 clearances and specialized lubricants to operate reliably above 150∘C and up to 350∘C.

Introduction

Standard bearings rapidly fail in high-temperature environments due to material softening, dimensional instability, and lubricant breakdown. Our High-Temperature Bearings address this by employing stabilized bearing steel (e.g., S0, S1, S2 temper), which prevents race deformation, and increased internal clearances (C4/C5) to compensate for thermal expansion. Lubrication is managed using high-performance synthetic grease, or for extreme heat, solid graphite lubrication or a dry metallic coating is used. These design choices ensure predictable operation and long service life in industrial heating processes.
